1. Install Ruby and DevKit on Windows
Download Ruby installer and DevKit from http://rubyinstaller.org/downloads/.

URU
Optional, only if you need to install two or more ruby versions
URU is useful to manage multiple Ruby versions
https://bitbucket.org/jonforums/uru/wiki/Downloads
$> cd C:\Tools $> uru_rt admin install ---> Installing uru into c:\Tools $> uru admin add C:\Ruby22-x64\bin ---> Registered ruby at `c:\Ruby22-x64\bin` as `222p95` $> uru ls 193p551 : ruby 1.9.3p551 (2014-11-13) [i386-mingw32] 222p95 : ruby 2.2.2p95 (2015-04-13 revision 50295) [x64-mingw32] $> uru 222p95 ---> Now using ruby 2.2.2-p95 tagged as `222p95` $> ruby -v ruby 2.2.2p95 (2015-04-13 revision 50295) [x64-mingw32]
