Add your script on startup for Raspberry Pi 3/4

$ sudo nano /etc/supervisor/supervisord.conf

; Water Sensor
[program:Water_Sensor]
command= python /home/pi/water-sensor.py
autostart=true
autorestart=true

Start

$ sudo supervisorctl start Water_Sensor

Stop

$ sudo supervisorctl stop Water_Sensor
