Kryptex: https://www.kryptex.org/?ref=eb225f32
Most simple to use, will select the most profitable algorithm based on your hardware.
Flip on the "Pro" switch for a nicer user interface. Use my referral link above please.
You can mine with the GPU only and I suggest turning off the CPU mining if you want to use the computer at the same time without any noticeable slowdown.
With an old motherboard A88XM-E, a new Radeon RX 5700 XT and Windows 10, I mine 50MH/s which gives me 5.44$ per day.

Wallets

https://www.parallelminer.com/product-tag/bitcoin-cash/

MyEtherWallet (MEW) to use for Ethereum
https://www.myetherwallet.com/

Note: If you use Kryptex, you don't need a wallet, you withdraw the money directly.

Calculators and Best GPUs for Mining

At the moment my choices would be depending on the budget these threes GPUs in term of value and speed of investment recovery

Hash Rate $ / Hash Rate

1700$US AMD VII 90-95 MH/s 18.9

800$US AMD RX 5700 50-56 MH/s 16.0

300$US AMD RX 470 8GB 29 MH/s 10.3

The above means that the cheapest RX 470 is more profitable in term of investment if you have unlimited GPU installation space. If you are limited to 1 GPU however is the way to go to maximize your revenue in the long term. But if you can afford install six RX 470 card at 300$ each (total 1800$), you will get 174 MH/s (6*29MH/s) hash rate with is superior to the AMD VII 90 MH/s rate for roughly the same price (1700$).

MSI Afterburner, can be used on most video card brands

Compatibility of Motherboard with Video Cards

Before buying a GPU or motherboard, check the compatibility of the GPU with the motherboard, for example:
